I’m still a Sonic fan, although I’m more of a Classic Sonic fan than a modern Sonic fan, mainly because of the visuals and the music. The aesthetic of the classic series is one of the looks I’m gunning for in my art, since it is very colorful and somewhat abstract, especially Sonic CD and Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

These are a few of my favorite examples. I just love the bright-colored, abstract environments with random shapes floating in the background. It’s very reminiscent of 90s rave visuals, and it is something I strive for in my art.
